1. Are all sales final?

Yes. All products are made-to-order, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

2. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be canceled or changed before processing begins, typically within 2–3 hours after placing your order. Once production starts, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

3. How long does order processing take?

All orders require 4–7 business days for production. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

USA (Mainland): 2–5 business days after processing

USA (HI, AK, PR, GUAM): 5–10 business days

Canada: 7–10 business days

International: 7–28 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Some locations may be excluded due to carrier restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you.

6. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

7. What if my tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with neighbors or your local post office.

8. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, a reshipment fee will apply. Items can only be reshipped once they are returned to our warehouse.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed only for size issues and are subject to a $7 exchange fee per item, plus shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

10. Do you restock sold-out items?

Due to limited production runs, restocks are not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing while your size and design are available.

11. Are your shirts true to size?

Yes, our shirts are true to size. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.

12. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing. For large or special orders, please contact us directly.

13. Will I be charged customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

14. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was selected.
