All orders can be canceled until we begin processing your order (usually 2–3 hours after the order has been placed).
If your order has already been paid and you need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the fact that our products are made-to-order, all orders are non-refundable.
If you do not receive your product within the guaranteed time frame (25 days, not including 2–5 business days processing time), you may request a refund or reshipment.
If you receive the wrong item, you may request a reshipment. All restocking fees are waived.
We Are Not Responsible For:
Orders that do not arrive due to factors within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout).
Orders that do not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of OneofOneGraphix (e.g., customs delays, carrier delays, natural disasters).
Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of OneofOneGraphix.
